Practice of Making Fish Nugget
"Nugget" is one of kind food that processed from meat or cereals. "Fish Nugget" is one of Nugget Variety that made from Fish Meat. Fish Nugget made of fish meat like Tenggiri (S.plumierii), Kurisi (Nemipterus sp), Barakuda (Sphyranea) or other fish that have white meat.

Ready-made fish nugget are sold to students or teacher, while for public can be obtained Koperasi Siswa/Sekolah.
